Pricing includes:  complimentary disposable plates, utensils & napkins; set up, tear down, silver chaffing dishes with buffet and serving supplies.

Southwestern Taco Salad:  Iceberg lettuce, black bean and corn salsa, ripe roma tomatoes, shredded cheese, avocado, and fresh cilantro tossed with a chipotle ranch dressing.

BUILD YOUR OWN TACO BAR: Soft shells, hard shells, and tortilla chips.

Included: seasoned ground beef, chipotle-lime marinated grilled chicken, blackened halibut, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, sliced jalapeños, green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, re-fried beans and black beans, sour cream and salsa.
