Pricing includes:  complimentary disposable plates, utensils & napkins; set up, tear down, silver chaffing dishes with buffet and serving supplies.

Build Your Own Philly Cheese Steak Bar: Shaved Philly beef pan seared with garlic and seasonings. Served with cheese sauce, cheddar, provolone, onions, peppers, mushrooms, condiments & hoagie rolls.

Sal's House Salad: Fresh seasonal mixed greens tossed with cucumbers, red bell peppers and shaved carrots. Served with garlic croutons, blue cheese, ranch and balsamic vinaigrette dressings on the side.
