Additional salad(s) can be added to the lunch or dinner specials for $1.95 per person
Mixed Field Green Salad: Mixed field greens tossed with grape tomatoes, sliced Hot House cucumbers, crumbled Feta Cheese and assorted dressings on the side.
Mediterranean Field Green Salad: Mixed field greens topped with feta cheese, cucumbers, roma tomatoes, and drizzled lightly with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and fresh basil.
Fresh Garden Salad: Iceberg lettuce, ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions, served with a classic ranch dressing.
Asian Style Salad: Mesculun greens tossed with mandarin oranges, red bell pepper, water chestnuts, and grape tomatoes. Served with a nutty sesame dressing.
Italian Pasta Salad: Tri-colored pasta tossed with crisp julienne vegetables and sun dried tomatoes and drizzled with an Italian vinaigrette.
Traditional Coleslaw: House made with pineapple juice, mayo, white vinegar and sugar.
Deli Style Macaroni Salad: New York deli style.
Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad: Romaine lettuce tossed with cranberries, slivered almonds and topped with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Antipasto Salad: Romaine lettuce tossed with assorted domestic cheese and sliced salami. Drizzled with an extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette.
Bleu Cheese Pecan Salad: Iceberg lettuce, crumbled bleu cheese, grapes, and candied pecans tossed in a blue cheese dressing.
Waldorf Chicken Salad: Tender chicken mixed with grapes, apples, onions, walnuts and mayonnaise served with assorted crackers.
Spinach Salad: Baby green spinach with crispy bits of pancetta, sliced hard boiled eggs, sliced mushrooms, and tossed with a sweet vinaigrette.
Fresh Red Citrus Cole Slaw: Fresh citrus and lime juices, red onion, fresh garlic, basil, cilantro, honey, sea salt, pepper, and red cabbage. Tossed and served chilled.
Caesar Salad: Classic Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, fresh parmesan cheese, croutons and tossed in a classic Caesar dressing.
Sal's House Salad: Fresh seasonal mixed greens tossed with cucumbers, red bell peppers and shaved carrots. Served with garlic croutons, blue cheese, ranch and balsamic vinaigrette dressings on the side.
Cinco de Mayo Salad: Iceberg lettuce, black bean and corn salsa, ripe roma tomatoes, shredded cheese and fresh cilantro with a chipotle ranch dressing on the side.
Sunny Days Ahead Salad: Spring mix and romaine lettuces topped with red grapes, dried cranberries, pistachios and feta cheese with croutons and creamy poppyseed dressing on the side.
Winter Salad: Fresh seasonal mixed greens topped with dried cherries, toasted walnuts, pomegranates and crumbled blue cheese accompanied by a creamy balsamic dressing.
Caprese Salad: Classic cold Italian salad. Fresh mozzarella served with roma tomatoes and fresh basil in an olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Penne Pasta Salad: Penne pasta tossed with sun dried tomatoes, tri-colored peppers, red onions, and prosciutto tossed with Italian vinaigrette and grated romano cheese.

Italian Pasta Salad with Shrimp: Tri-color rotini pasta tossed with bay shrimp, red peppers, red onions, roasted garlic, grated parmesan cheese, and Italian vinaigrette. Additional $.95 if added to the lunch/dinner special.
Sal’s Antipasto Mixed Salad: Romaine lettuce tossed with olives, shredded mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, cubed imported salami, and shaved parmesan cheese. Dressed with an olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. Additional $.95 if added to the lunch/dinner special.
Southwestern Chicken Salad: Iceberg lettuce, black bean and corn salsa, ripe roma tomatoes, shredded cheese, avocado, fresh cilantro, and marinated grilled chicken tossed with a chipotle ranch dressing. Additional $.55 if added to the lunch/dinner special.
Irish Potato Salad with Apples: Cold red potato salad dressed with green onions, mayonnaise, celery, green apples, fresh parsley, cider vinegar, celery seed, and cayenne pepper.
Classic Potato Salad
Tomato Salad: Tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion tossed in an olive oil. Served with a splash of lemon juice and garnished with oregano.
Red Bliss Potato Salad: Classic style potato salad prepared with red potatoes.
Apple Chip and Goat Cheese Salad: Fresh seasonal mixed greens topped with dried apple chips, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, red onions and goat cheese with a lemon poppyseed dressing on the side.
Blueberry Fields Salad: Fresh seasonal mixed greens tossed with blueberries, cashews and shredded Gruyere. Served with garlic croutons and Italian vinaigrette dressing on the side.
Lively Mixed Green Salad: Seasonal mixed greens tossed with goat cheese, sweet red peppers, pecans and served with a honey mustard vinaigrette.
Tropical Fruit Salad: Seasonal fruit (may include pineapple, kiwi, mangoes, papaya, strawberries, mandarin oranges, etc.) tossed in a citrus-poppy seed dressing.
Autumn Salad: Mixed greens topped with roasted butternut squash, red onions, dried cranberries and toasted pecans. Served with a honey-mustard dressing.
