Tilapia crusted in shaved asiago cheese, pan seared, and finished with a white wine, fresh lemon, and butter sauce.

Halibut coated in a beer batter, fried to golden brown and served with an apricot glaze dipping sauce.

Colossal shrimp sautéed with butter, white wine, and fresh lemon juice.

Pan roasted Halibut served on a bed of julienne onions garnished with mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, paprika, and a splash of lemon juice.

Fresh Halibut coated in crushed pistachios, pan seared, and topped with a port wine glaze.

BUFFET SETUP:

All buffets include delivery, setup of buffet with chafing dishes and heat sources, disposable plates, utensils and napkins, breakdown of buffet and cleanup of the buffet area.

Pricing does not include 20% service fee, which will be added to the total cost. Catering prices may vary depending on seasonal and availability and/or market price.
