Pricing includes:  complimentary disposable plates, utensils & napkins; set up, tear down, silver chaffing dishes with buffet and serving supplies.

Ahi Tuna Poke: Asian-style tuna tartare recipe with soy sauce, fresh ginger, and sesame seeds. Served with homemade wontons.

Fresh Garden Salad: Iceberg lettuce, ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions, served with a classic ranch dressing.

Hawaiian-Style Cole Slaw: Cole Slaw with pineapple and mango tossed in a honey, lime, soy and ginger dressing.

Sticky White Rice: Soy sauce on the side.

Hawaiian-Style Potato Macaroni Salad: A Hawaiian plate lunch special! Best of both worlds.

Kalua Pork with Cabbage: Slow roasted pork with a hint of smokey flavor, served shredded over sauteéd cabbage.

Teriyaki Short Ribs: Teriyaki marinated short ribs, grilled to perfection.

Hoisin Glazed Chicken: Hoisin marinated chicken breast and thighs, grilled and served with a pineapple Hoisin glaze.
