Smoked Lentil Soup Red lentils are hulled and split, then are cooked with vegetables and seasoned with cumin and smoked paprika to highlight their earthy flavor.

Waldorf Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps: Classic chicken salad tossed with candied pecans and sweet red grapes served with butter lettuce.
